The lobby has helped to secure foriegn aid to Israel, keep funds from Hamas until it has met international requirements, strengthen US - Israel cooperation, and renewing sanctions on Iran for pursuing nuclear weapons. AIPAC provides education for those wanting to get involved in politics, organizes events and has several clubs for members to join.
